WEST OF ENGLAND ACADEMY and DIWALI
Last years Ravanna build. A bonfire for Diwali in Manchester
I worked out how the piece should be best assembled, built a plynth and entered it in the West of England Academy open art exhibition.
It was difficult to transport in my car.
Judging is taking place now .
Meanwhile I am working away in Manchester building a 10 headed god RAVANNA for Diwali.
Watch out for info of this.

6th and final section. Whats it going to look like when I assemble it all!
Running out of cardboard bike boxes from cycle shops in Bristol.
Ive got through about 70 boxes so far
Using spheres to develop the extrusion paths
Cardboard profiles to define the shapes of the extrusions to visualise the directions of the extrusion paths
Having to cut spheres by hand because Im not near a CNC machine in Bristol
The movie below reminds me of the BP oils spill cameras when monitoring the spill and capping process.
